As 650 Winding Ravine continues to take shape, Stadler Custom Homes has provided us with some new drone footage to share with you. The home, which is being built to benefit the Military Warriors Support Foundation and the San Antonio Food Bank, will be sold with all net proceeds going to these two terrific charities. Kimberly Howell Properties is thrilled to be a part of this project and we’re excited to see the home take shape. The home will be a 4,814 square foot, four bedroom, 3.5 bath contemporary luxury home right in the heart of Stone Oak. There aren’t many opportunities like this left in Stone Oak and with all of the proceeds being donated to worthy causes, this home will be something you can be proud of for many reasons. If you’d like to schedule a tour, please contact Kimberly Howell.

Military Warriors Support Foundation Home In Hidden Canyon
The Military Warriors Support Foundation in conjunction with the San Antonio Food Bank is building an incredible custom home in Hidden Canyon for charity. The home, built by Stadler Custom Homes, is starting to really take shape and as it does, we wanted to tell you a bit about the home and the people behind it. The concept is to build a luxury home that will be sold with the profits going back to benefit the Military Warriors Support Foundation and the San Antonio Food Bank. Various vendors have donated their time or money to the project and will continue to do so through the build and finish out process. Our office is donating the commission for listing the home once the sale of the home is finalized.
The home will be a four bedroom, three and a half bath home with 4,814 square feet located in Hidden Canyon, Stone Oak’s latest gated neighborhood featuring high end homes in a beautiful, natural setting.
Stadler Custom Homes has been posting videos of the progress and we will continue to bring you more as this home moves closer to completion.
Want to help? Have some services or materials that you’d like to donate to the home? From tile work to light fixtures to decorators to finishing touches like artwork, the home couldn’t happen without your help. You can also donate directly to both through their websites: Military Warriors Support Foundation and San Antonio Food Bank.
You can also check out Ray Stadler’s personal video walk-through video on our Facebook page.
2nd Annual McScare in Hidden Canyon
Join Kimberly Howell Properties and McNair Custom Homes for the 2nd Annual McScare event. This year’s McScare will be held at 21715 Rugged Hills in Hidden Canyon (just north of the intersection of Canyon Golf Road and Stone Oak Parkway) on October 25th from 6-8pm. Last year’s event was so much fun that we’ve decided to do it again. There will be food, drinks, and plenty of treats for the little ghouls and goblins to enjoy. We loved seeing all the kids in their costumes, so bring them out again and let’s have a spooktacular night! Come out and view the home, enjoy the Halloween spirit (no pun intended), and say hello to us and the McNair Custom Homes family. Please RSVP to Resi Lee at (210) 493-6888 or email hidden; JavaScript is required.
Please note: The original venue was 202 Majestic Bluff, but it has been changed to 21715 Rugged Hills.
Stadler Custom Homes Builds Home for Charity
Stadler Custom Homes is building a new home in Hidden Canyon, one of Stone Oak’s newest neighborhoods, to benefit the Military Warriors Support Foundation and the San Antonio Food Bank. The home at 650 Winding Ravine is starting to take shape and we can’t wait to see the finished product. Ray Stadler has been building new homes in the San Antonio area since 1995 and has been very active in giving back to the community. While we wait for the home to be finished, check out the video of the footprint of the home and the surrounding land in this drone shot aerial video.
Hidden Canyon
Hidden Canyon is nestled deep in the heart of Stone Oak in the North Central area of San Antonio. Located just north of the intersection of Stone Oak Parkway and Canyon Golf/Evans Road, this new development encompasses a total of 62 acres for Phase I and approximately 54 acres in Phase II (to be developed at a future time).
Phase I of this planned development includes 32 65′ lots, 14 100′ lots, and 21 custom “Preserve” lots for a total of 67 lots. Phase II of the development, with an unknown commencement date at this time, will be composed of 33 65’lots, 42 100′ lots, and 3 additional custom “Preserve” lots.
Within Phase I of Hidden Canyon, roughly 16 out of 62 acres will remain as open greenspace. Additionally, Phase II will leave an estimated 21 acres out of 54 total acres as greenspace. Amenities and features of this gated community will include a large pool complex, sports court, soccer field, and numerous nature trails throughout the neighborhood.
Rialto Homes and McNair Custom Homes are the premium builders currently building in the garden homes section.
Important to note for these large view lots is that they are already supplied with CPS Energy and SAWS connections. Hidden Canyon is serviced by the San Antonio Water System (SAWS) sanitary sewer and water mains, meaning all home will have city water and sewer (ie, no well or septic required). This will be true for the entire community.
The lots in the Preserve section do not have a required time to build, nor do they have a specific builder associated with them. Buyers can determine what time in the future they will build and they can select their own builder, pending approval from the Homeowners Association (HOA).
Hidden Canyon will have two mandatory HOAs, one is the Stone Oak Property Owners Association, which governs over all properties located in the master planned community of Stone Oak, and The Hidden Canyon Property Owners Association, which will preside specifically over this new neighborhood.
Minimum build requirements for the Preserve section will be 2,800 square feet for 1 and 1.5 story home. For 2 and 2.5 story homes, the minimum build requirement will be 3,400 square feet.
