This new map-based search is based on the same technology as our homes for sale search, but allows renters to search more precisely to find the rental house they’re looking for. We’re excited to bring you new ways to find a home and we look forward to helping you buy, rent, or sell your next home in San Antonio or the surrounding area. By separating out the sales from the rentals, we can help you better identify homes that fit your needs.

Introducing Dave Taylor – Real Estate Agent and Retiree

Looking at Dave Taylor, you’ll quickly know he’s not old enough to be a retiree, unless you realize that he’s retired from the military. In addition to his recent retirement, Dave is also the newest member of the Kimberly Howell Properties team. After passing his real estate exam with flying colors, Dave will be joining the ranks as a real estate agent and helping San Antonio with their housing needs.

Dave’s no stranger to our office, also being married to Kimberly Howell…he’s been a huge help around the office, and he’s been an avid learner – questioning all of us about real estate theory, San Antonio neighborhoods, and new changes in the law, financing, and marketing. He’s going to make an excellent addition and I look forward to seeing you all get a chance to work with him.

So welcome Dave…and happy retirement!

Congratulations are an order for our office’s winners at this morning’s Platinum Top 50 awards reception. Kimberly Howell and Terri Saari were both named as one of the 50 finalists, And Cynthia Lee received recognition as Newcomer of the Year!

The Platinum Top 50 Awards Program recognizes fifty (50) residential REALTORS® each year based on a combination of sales, education, and community involvement. The goal is to recognize the efforts of the city’s most rounded REALTORS®. They seek to acknowledge agents who have, through their involvement in various non-profit and real estate related organizations, taken an active role in making the San Antonio area a better place to live

This is a first time win for both Terri and Cynthia. Kim Howell has been named a winner for the past 7 consecutive years
