Our Story
Our roots trace back to 1977 when our founder, Kimberly Howell, started her career working for her father, a local builder. In 1985, Kimberly teamed up with Doug Howell to initiate Howell Properties. Over time, this company evolved, merging with Keller Williams in 1997, becoming San Antonio Avalar in 2004, and ultimately transforming into Kimberly Howell Properties in 2009. Our journey has been one of constant growth and evolution, always striving to better serve our clients and community.
In 2025, Kimberly made the decision to merge Kimberly Howell Properties with Keller Williams Legacy, returning to her roots. The Howell Group joined with her, creating a new chapter in a storied career of agents working hard to excel in real estate.
