Relocation Services in San Antonio

Relocation Services

Is your company relocating you to San Antonio? Relocation services provided by Kimberly Howell Properties cover a wide array and include the city of San Antonio as well as cities like Boerne, Schertz, Cibolo, New Braunfels, and many others. Relocation services require experience and a solid knowledge of the area as well as an understanding of the relocation process. We’ve helped employees of companies like Toyota, Red Lobster, AT&T, the US government, Schlumberger, and Caterpillar find homes and settle into their new city, as well as working with some of the big relocation firms like CORT, Cartus, and Relocation Today. Regardless of the size of your company, from large corporations to small mom and pop shops, we can tailor fit a service that meets your needs and gets your employees moved in and ready to call Texas their home.

Our Relocation Services

In addition to helping you find a home quickly on your exploratory visits, we can assist you with familiarizing yourself with our area and the things unique to Texas and San Antonio (you’re going to need to learn what an HEB is pretty fast). We have years of experience in helping ease the transition for clients so that they don’t feel like a stranger in a strange land when they arrive.

And, even though we hate to see anyone go, if your company decides it’s time to move on to a new location and leave San Antonio behind, we can assist with selling the homes your employees own here as well as connecting you with agents who specialize in relocation in your new location. We have a strong connection to agents in many places and if we don’t personally know an agent in the area that you’re relocating to, we have the resources to find one that meets our criteria for providing excellent relocation services in their area. We maintain this strong network of agents across the country (and around the world) in order to ensure that wherever you go, you know you will get the best possible experience from the agents that assist you. We do not simply refer you out to a company we have an agreement with (some brokerages will only refer to other brokerages under their franchise umbrella), rather we hand select the agents that we feel are best suited to your particular needs and requirements in order to maintain our high standards for relocation.

Even if you’re not relocating because of work, we can assist with relocation services – from military to retirees to “just want to move to Texas” – we can help you discover where you want to live in the city, the local services you’ll need, and work with you while you’re still packing up and getting ready to move from your current location. Whatever your needs, we will help you become a resident of Texas and the Alamo City quickly and provide support to you long after the move so that you have the comfort and knowledge that you have someone to ask when you can’t find what you need in your new surroundings.

We have agents that specialize in apartments and rentals as well as homes in all price ranges so that you never have to worry about using our relocation services for just one group of employees and we’d love to talk to you about how we can build a package that helps everyone from the hourly employees to the management, all the way up to the CEO. If you’re looking for relocation services in San Antonio or just considering a move to our city, contact us and let us show you what we can do for you.
