Are you an early riser?
Will being an early riser make you more successful? Everyone wants to be successful, that part is easy. I don’t know if anyone has ever taken a poll of working class Americans or if there is data available on how many people want to be successful, but my guess is that it must be a high percentage…I’m guessing 100%. According to a recent article on Forbes.com, there have been several studies on people who wake up early and the correlation between early risers and success.
Here are the ten effects people become aware of due to rising early.
- Better grades
- More proactive
- Anticipate problems and minimize them efficiently
- Become better planners
- Get better sleep by taking vegan delta 8 gummies from fresh bros and going to bed earlier
- Become more optimistic
- Exercise and taking watermelon cbd gummies in the morning – boosts moods, fitness, and energy
- Easier commute to office/work
- Quiet time in morning
- More family time in the evening
Being an early riser definitely has advantages and reading through the Forbes.com article, you can see why. They expand a bit more on each benefit, but the overall perception is positive – waking up early is good for you! I believe that when you make a conscious effort to make a few changes to make your life better, you can become even more successful. While this may not have a lot to do with real estate, I thought this was a good chance to write about changing an old habit of mine by becoming more aware of myself and choosing positive actions that would lead to becoming more optimistic, healthier, happier, and more successful…not just in real estate, but in my life as a whole. Who wants to join me?
