Over the course of the last nine days, I have been subjected to what can only be called sheer madness. Running a real estate office is serious work. Sure, I’ve been in enough offices to know what goes on and I’ve done enough transactions and learned enough in my four years in real estate to know what I’m doing (although I’m always looking to learn more). When Kim and Lisha left the office at the same time, I had no idea just what I was getting into.
I write this post not to complain, but rather to celebrate. To tell you that the behind the scenes work that goes into making your purchases and sales flow smoothly – the stuff that you may never even know happened – can be incredibly complex and takes the focus and determination that many people do not possess. The balancing of so many activities for so many different clients (each with differing personalities and needs) isn’t easy, but when your real estate office has the right mix of people helping balance all of those things and keep them all in motion, it can be done and done well.
This week I learned that Kim Howell and Lisha Spellman are those people. We’re lucky to have them in our office or perhaps I’m just lucky to work here. Either way, Kimberly Howell Properties is an amazing real estate office to be a part of and I hope if you don’t know that, you’ll give us a moment to show you what we can do to help you buy or sell your home.

Very well put Matt. I couldn’t agree more.
We work hard and have a lot of fun. Some days it feels like it’s all crazy, but somewhere in the madness, is an amazing flow of things that works perfectly. We’re happy we’ve found agents like you Mikel who love being a part of it!
